- As a Foreign Currency Sales Consultant, provide expert service in foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to in-store customers and help them with travel needs.
- Sell money products to meet sales targets; your performance influences earnings through incentives.
- Offer tips, tricks, and recommendations to customers to enhance their travel experiences.
- Apply strong listening and conversational skills to create a stress-free customer experience.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions and manage time effectively to achieve the best outcomes.
