We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our store teams as Seasonal Casual Team Members and help us bring the festive spirit to life.

Join The Reject Shop as a Supply Planner and manage supplier orders, warehouse allocations, and seasonal stock planning. Use your analytical skills to support replenishment and collaborate with our Merchandise team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Seasonal Casual Team Members: join store teams to support peak-season operations and deliver positive customer experiences during the busy holiday period.

- Supply Planner: manage supplier orders, warehouse allocations, and seasonal stock planning; support replenishment processes and collaborate with the Merchandise team.

- Lead and influence teams in a busy retail environment to achieve service and performance goals.

Qualifications

- Customer-service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail setting and adapt to seasonal demand.

- Analytical mindset for planning, stock management, and problem-solving (for Supply Planner role).
