The Sydney venue for high society fun, late night drinks and artful food offerings located in the Queen Victoria Building is seeking its new superstar Chef This is a unique opportunity for a professional Demi Chef to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast paced environment this exciting venue has to offer. We are looking for an outstanding person who has experience working a la carte, delivering good quality and modern innovative food. This is a casual role.

Essentials:

- Experience in Modern Australian cuisine
