Scaffolding Supervisor – Lead Breight Group’s 2026 Rio Tinto Works

Breight Group is expanding rapidly, and with major 2026 works ahead, we’re preparing for our scaffolding scopes with Rio Tinto.

We’re now seeking experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead teams, drive safe performance, and oversee the delivery of high-quality scaffolding across site operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will take charge of supervising daily activities, coordinating crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining workflow efficiency. You’ll provide clear direction, uphold quality, and support the continual development of your team.

Role Details

- Regular maintenance work or shutdown crew opportunities

- Employment Type: Casual

- FIFO from Perth, W.A.

- Location: Rio Tinto sites

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor

- Current High Risk Work License: Advanced (SA).

- Rio Tinto Inducted

- Working at Heights & Confined Space (completed within the last 2 years)

- S26 Certification

- Valid Australian work rights

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical + ongoing D&A screening

- Current driver’s licence
