What you’ll do

As Director of Property, you will be entrusted with driving the growth of the commercial mortgage portfolio by originating high-quality lending opportunities above $10 million. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around identifying new business prospects within the commercial real estate landscape while developing strategic sales initiatives that support long-term organisational objectives. You will be instrumental in building enduring relationships with key industry players—brokers, developers, investors—and representing the firm at prominent events.
