As the **Lifestyle Assistant**, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team and play a pivotal part in the planning and implementing of wellbeing activities for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Werribee. **St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee** is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre. We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to resident’s individualised needs, preferences and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
