We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist looking to join a fantastic private practice team located in Brisbane's northern suburbs.

You’ll be working with a delightful bunch of clients of all ages, helping them overcome communication and swallowing challenges. This role is all about collaboration, so you’ll team up with families and other healthcare professionals to create fun and effective therapy experiences.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Conducting assessments to understand each client's unique speech and language needs
2. Crafting personalized treatment plans that truly reflect your clients’ goals
3. Providing engaging therapy sessions that make a real difference
4. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team
5. Keeping detailed records to track progress
6. Sharing your knowledge and offering support to clients and their families

This is what we’re looking for:

1. A relevant degree in Speech Pathology
2. Registration with the Speech Pathology Association
3. Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders
4. Awesome communication and interpersonal skills
5. Team player yet comfortable working independently
6. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
7. A genuine desire to help others
8. Flexibility to work full time or part time
