About your new team: Balwyn Central Veterinary Hospital is a thriving, ASAVA accredited practice committed to delivering top-tier veterinary care to our wonderful community. Our modern, spacious clinic is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a digital radiology suite, diagnostic ultrasound, digital dental radiography, an in-house blood analyzer, and more – ensuring we're ready for any challenge that comes our way.

We offer a dynamic and fulfilling work environment, with diverse and challenging cases, while ensuring manageable caseloads and a solid work-life balance. Our team of experienced, highly supportive nurses are dedicated to medical and surgical excellence, creating a friendly, compassionate atmosphere for both our patients and our people.

Clinic hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm | Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm | No Sundays, no after-hours, and no public holidays

Who Are We Looking For: We are searching for a driven, confident Lead Veterinarian (BVSc or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience to join our exceptional team of veterinarians. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining high standards of care, supporting their team, and shaping clinical goals. You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well both independently and collaboratively, and excels in client communication and relationship building.

Position: Full-Time (Part-time considered) with a rotating Saturday roster (1 in 4 Saturdays).
