About the Role

Step into a meaningful role where your lived experience as a carer helps families feel supported and understood. You’ll connect with carers early in the consumer journey, nurture strong relationships and champion inclusive, compassionate care across the Cramond Clinic.

- Build supportive contact with families and carers

- Guide carers through the consumer journey

- Strengthen links with community support networks

- Work closely with clinical and lived experience teams

- Contribute to team meetings and skill development sessions

About You

You’ll thrive here if you bring your lived experience as a carer and feel confident supporting families with empathy, clarity and connection. We’re looking for someone grounded, collaborative and ready to make a real difference.

- Cert IV in non-clinical Mental Health or working towards it

- Confident interact with consumers, families and carers

- Keep clear boundaries while working as part of a team

- Present info clearly and communicate with ease

- Draw on personal caring experience to guide family recovery
