Reporting to Product and Marketing Operations Leader, we're looking for a strategic, agile, and customer-focusedSenior Product Ownerto drive the delivery of our Plans program—enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and internal capabilities.

This role sits within our Product and Marketing Operations team which play a crucial role in ensuring that our products, pricing and mandatory marketing communications are executed flawlessly, aligning with commercial strategy and regulatory requirements. The team consists of experts in our systems, processes and workflows to deliver with efficacy - on time, on budget and compliantly.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Plans program using agile and project management frameworks.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to design, build, test, and deploy innovative energy solutions.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and seamless go-to-market execution.
- Champion continuous improvement and customer-centric design

About You:

- Proven experience in product ownership, business analysis, and program delivery (5+ years)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery skills
- Expertise in roadmap planning, backlog management, and solution optimisation
- A passion for customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence
- Relevant qualifications in Business, IT, or Engineering. Agile and PMP certifications are advantageous
