Established in 1901, Dr. Martens was recognised originally as a sturdy, durable work boot before being transformed in the 1960's into an iconic fashion statement, synonymous with festival culture. The past six decades have witnessed the brand's adoption by a diverse range of tribes, celebrities, musicians and free-thinking individuals - each subverting and twisting the boots and shoes to their own personal needs, attitudes and identity. Accent Group Limited acquired the distribution rights for Dr. Martens in 1988 and opened the first Australian retail store in Sydney in 2018. Now with stores across Australia & New Zealand, Dr. Martens is continuing to grow and dominate the Australian market.

The Role:

We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our Perth DFO Dr Martens team. You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success.

1. A commitment to provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
2. A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
3. The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
4. Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
5. Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
6. Full availability on late night trade and weekends & Monday to Wednesday day availability
7. Demonstrated customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
