Nestled at the base of the breathtaking Dandenong Ranges, Ferntree Gully Veterinary Hospital offers a unique opportunity for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As a Veterinary Surgeon with us, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our patients. With at least 2 years of experience, you do everything you love to do whilst working closely with your tight knit & collaborative team. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in veterinary medicine but is also passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consultations and thorough examinations for our patients

- Perform surgeries with precision, prioritizing patient safety and comfort

- Create individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care

- Collaborate with a talented team of veterinary professionals for exceptional patient outcomes

- Build strong relationships with pet owners through clear, compassionate communication

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Holds a Degree in Veterinary Medicine and is registered with the Veterinary Practitioners Registration Board of Victoria

- Has over 2+ years of clinical experience

- Possesses strong surgical skills and a deep understanding of veterinary medicine

- Has exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, approachable demeanor

- Demonstrates a true passion for animal care and welfare
