Role overview

Step into a dynamic hands-on leadership position where every day brings variety and purpose. As our Team Lead, you’ll blend leadership with frontline operations in a dual-function role. You’ll coordinate and brief your team before distributing bus routes to drivers, then take the wheel to ensure safe and reliable transportation services. Between morning and afternoon bus runs, you’ll transition to village operations, working alongside your team on essential tasks including facility maintenance, cleaning operations, waste management, supply deliveries, and responding to emerging operational needs. This is a leadership role that keeps you connected to core operations within the community.
