The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Officer to support our People & Culture leadership team. This role blends hands‑on involvement in recruitment with executive‑level support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced HR environment and enjoys variety in their day.
You’ll work closely with senior HR leaders, coordinate key initiatives, and play a vital role in attracting and onboarding great talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support to HR leaders.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, and onboarding
- Liaise with hiring managers to support end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for HR projects
- Support internal communications and HR initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all interactions
About You
You’re a proactive and people focused recruitment professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’re organised, detail oriented and passionate about helping others succeed.
- Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in recruitment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Current driver’s licence
- Possess a National Police check, or the ability to acquire
