The Role
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, including the ART XR2000 Router and WARDJet Water Cutter, to produce high-quality components for the VIC Ceilings business unit. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machinery
- Review schedules, paperwork, materials, and cut files before starting jobs
- Ensure quality, quantity, and colour of materials meet specifications
- Maintain machines including bed, blades, calibration, and cleaning
- Operate Aluminium Extrusion Saw as needed
- Plan ahead for upcoming jobs and complete all required paperwork
- Report machine breakdowns and delays promptly

Skills & Experince:

- Experience operating CNC Routers
- Experience with file/linework manipulation on machines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on feet all day and handle bulky items
- High energy levels and a positive, friendly attitude
