👊 What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming, wowing, and winning over guests with genuine service

Taking orders with confidence and flair (and a cheeky upsell when the moment’s right)

Keeping things sharp – from polished cutlery to pristine tables

Working in sync with the bar and kitchen to keep things flowing smoother than a Sunday session cocktail

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certified service stars

Fast feet, a calm head, and a customer-first heart

Team players who show up, pitch in, and lift others up

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
