Dispensary based Pharmacy Technician Support Services
Due to the promotion of existing Band 4s, we are looking for 2 highly motivated, responsible, and reliable pharmacy technicians to join our friendly, well established, and hardworking teams in the Inpatient Dispensary. One post is for full time (37.5 hours per week) and the other is part time 25 hours per week.

This post requires candidates who are flexible, looking to progress their careers and above all be passionate and focused on providing the best possible patient care.

Main duties of the job
Our established technician post offers a breadth of pharmacy experience including working in our state of the art robotic dispensary and with an opportunity to access an introduction to distribution and procurement.

Person Specification
Qualification & Registration
- NVQ & BTec or Apprenticeship in Pharmaceutical science/studies
- Registration with GPhC
- Final accuracy Checking (ACPT)
- Hospital experience
- Experience in use of CMM (JAC) pharmacy computer system
Disclosure and Barring Service Check

Salary: £27,485 to £30,162 a year, pro rata if part time.
