About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in system integration (API integration) and environment management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical projects, ensuring successful integration of systems and overseeing multiple development and production environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.

• API Integration Management: Oversee and ensure the successful integration of APIs and other system integration efforts between different platforms or services, collaborating with developers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Environment Management: Manage development, testing, and production environments, ensuring smooth deployments, environment readiness, and resolving any environment-related issues during project execution.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and infrastructure teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure successful integration and environment configuration.

• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and escalate when necessary. Mitigate potential project delays by ensuring all technical aspects are adequately managed and aligned.

• Project Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, integration specifications, and environment dependencies.

• Budget and Resource Management: Track project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of resources and maintaining alignment with project timelines.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements within project management, integration workflows, and environment management, implementing best practices and efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory Experience in API integration and system integration projects.

• Mandatory Experience in managing development, testing, and production environments.

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or a similar role in IT or software development projects.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), especially in integration and environment management.

• Hands-on experience with API management tools and platforms (e.g., Postman, Swagger, API gateways).

• Solid technical knowledge of system architectures, databases, and middleware.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate technical complexities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
