Profusion is partnering with a well‑renowned, market‑leading wealth management organisation seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in ESG, Sustainable, and Responsible Investing.

Role Overview

As a key member of a high‑performing team of quantitative developers and investment analysts, you’ll build scalable tools and models that support ESG and sustainable investment initiatives. Your work will directly influence front‑office decision‑making and portfolio construction.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong Python development skills and experience with modern software engineering practices

- Deep understanding of ESG, sustainable finance, and responsible investment principles

- Proven ability to extract actionable insights from ESG and investment data to support front‑office teams and strategic decision‑making

- Exposure to front‑office environments, ideally within equities, wealth management, or institutional investing

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field

Bonus Skills

- Experience with investment data platforms or ESG data providers

- Familiarity with quantitative modelling or financial analytics tools
