Your Team

CFS Creative Services is built onCreativity, Agility and Accuracy.We’rea passionate team of brand custodians, content creators,designersandevent producers.Acting as the operational heartbeat of the CFS Studio, you ensure creative excellence is delivered with precision, pace, and purpose. You’lllead the orchestration of studio workflow, championing tools and technology that elevate our creative output and drive efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

- Be the primary contact for all studio requests, delivering exceptional client service and clarity.

- Lead the end-to-endscheduling andprioritisationof content and designand evetprojects, ensuring timelines, creativity, and quality are upheld.

- Implement and continuously improve operational workflows usingAdobe Workfront, ensuring visibility, prioritisation, and accountability across allrequests.

- Champion best practice in project management, alwaysseekingsmarter, faster ways of working.

- Support theDirectorof Production Operations with resource planning and day-to-day studio management as well ascontributing to planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Capability and Experience

- A seasoned producer or studio manager with a passion for creative excellence and operational rigour.

- Proven experience in a fast-paced agency or design studioor inhouse agencyenvironment.

- Deep understanding of creative production, design workflows, and project management methodologies.

- Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, WIPs, and production documentation.

- Highly organised, commercially minded, and driven by efficiency.

- Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a proactive mindset.
