Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Leading, training, and motivating staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering inventory, and managing supplier relationships.
- Implementing merchandising strategies to maximise sales and maintain store presentation.
- Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and preparing reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, tobacco licensing regulations, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Conduct staff training to ensure employees are equipped with product knowledge, and compliance awareness.
- Supervise store employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Ensure the store operates in compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct regular risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience (tobacco, convenience experience highly desirable).
- Strong leadership, people management, and training skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to achieve KPIs and meet sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of stock control and merchandising.
- Financial acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
