Opportunity to shape cloud identity strategy and architecture

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking an Entra ID Consultant to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key cloud identity strategy and architecture engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Entra ID solutions

- Architect and implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) configurations

- Design and deploy advanced Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust

- Implement phishing-resistant Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions

- Lead the transition from legacy identity platforms (ADFS) to cloud-native solutions

- Ensure identity solutions align with Zero Trust and ASD Essential 8 principles

- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for identity lifecycle management

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven hands‑on experience designing and implementing Entra ID / Azure AD solutions

- Expert knowledge of Conditional Access, PIM, and phishing‑resistant MFA

- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0)

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills and Microsoft Graph API experience

- Experience implementing Zero Trust principles with identity as the control plane

- Familiarity with ASD Essential 8 mitigation strategies

- Experience with federation (ADFS, Okta) and migrating legacy platforms
