At NAME IT, we create fashion that kids love – and we’re just as passionate about creating stories that feel real, relevant, and inspiring. You’ll join our Marketing department at our headquarters in Brande, where creativity, curiosity, and collaboration drive everything we do. As Social Media Manager, you’ll lead a small team of talented specialists dedicated to strengthening our social media presence. You’ll play a central role in shaping how we tell the story of the NAME IT brand house across NAME IT, Lil’ Atelier, and LMTD – ensuring each brand’s identity is expressed consistently yet distinctly across channels. Together, you’ll develop and deliver content that captures our brand spirit and supports our commercial ambitions across retail, wholesale, and online. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues within creative content, performance marketing, and campaign development to bring our stories to life.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall direction and performance of our social media activities. You’ll guide your team and partners through the creative process – ensuring that what we publish reflects our identity, drives engagement, and contributes to business results.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing our social media strategy.

- Leading the creative process for campaigns and content – from concept to delivery.

- Ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms.

- Evaluating brand insights and audience behaviour to ensure our storytelling stays relevant and engaging across markets and age groups.

- Turning insights, trends, and new developments in marketing, social commerce, and digital performance into action.

- Evaluating results and transforming data into actionable learnings.

- Collaborating with marketing teams across Europe and with BESTSELLER’s central Performance Marketing team to align and share best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for a proactive, curious professional with a creative and commercial mindset. Someone who can connect strategy with storytelling and turn ideas into meaningful results. You bring a solid background in social media management and brand communication – and a sharp eye for what drives engagement and results in today’s digital landscape.

More specifically, we’re hoping you bring:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within fashion, lifestyle, or a creative agency.

- Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies.

- Strong understanding of content performance, social commerce, and digital trends.

- A passion for creative storytelling and authentic brand expression.

- Experience leading or guiding a small team or creative partners.

- Excellent communication skills in English.
