What you'll be doing:

- Ensure branches have correct stock holdings and monitor internal stock transfers.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels and analyse incoming shipments for priority items.
- Communicate effectively with Branch Managers, Purchasing, and the Distribution Supervisor.
- Run and analyse adjustment reports, taking action on any alarming adjustments.
- Oversee cycle counts and assist Purchasing when needed.
- Attend operations improvement meetings and maintain Taipan's culture.

To be successful you'll need some or all of the following:

- Warehousing systems knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
