Loader Operator - Log Grab (Afternoon Shifts available)
Location: Colac, Victoria
Attractive roster structure

We're currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Colac. This is a permanent full-time role on our afternoon shift:

- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 1:40am, 4 shifts per week with attractive shift loadings.

As a Loader Operator, you'll be responsible for unloading log trucks, operating loading equipment, and ensuring a steady supply of logs. It’s a hands-on role that suits someone with a proactive attitude and a strong focus on safety.

We're after individuals who can communicate well, work reliably within a team, and maintain a calm, positive approach while operating safely.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a loader or a log grab operator
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work flexible hours at times
- Good communication and a team-first mindset
