We are proudly part of Japan Post —**Expression of Interest: Marine Services Coordinator – Berthing Facility – Darwin N.T**Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.Government & Defence provides specialised logistics expertise, including relocation services. We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.**About the Role -**As a Marine Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating marine service operations at a Toll Berthing Facility. You’ll work closely with service technicians, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant marine activities across the wharf, ports and sites.This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for maritime service excellence in a government or defence setting.**Key Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to -*** Coordinate daily marine operations at a berthing facility including vessel movements, refuelling of Vessels and infrastructure maintenance.* Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and protocols.* Liaise with government departments, port authorities, and regulatory bodies.* Maintain accurate service records, logs, and operational reports.* Support marine-related projects including infrastructure upgrades and environmental initiatives.* Facilitate site entry, mobilisation, and emergency response coordination.* Prepare facilities for inspections and audits.**What You’ll Bring -*** Proven experience in marine operations, logistics, or naval operations.* Strong knowledge of maritime laws, health and safety standards, and marine coordination software.* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex schedules.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, managing systems and documentation of sensitive information.* Calm under pressure with a proactive and analytical mindset.**Security Requirements -**All applicants must be eligible for and satisfy the criteria of:* **AGSVA Baseline Clearance (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency)*** **Department of Home Affairs ESC Clearance (Employment Security Clearance)****Submit your expression of interest as per below -**If you’re ready to contribute to vital marine operations in a government and defence environment for a berthing facility, we’d love to hear from you.Please submit your Expression of Interest including a brief cover letter and resume outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
