Your Role:The Superstar Support Worker Imagine being the person who helps turn ordinary days into extraordinary ones. As a Community Support Worker at our Armidale Services, you'll be part adventurer, part cheerleader, part life coach—and all heart. Whether you’re hanging with clients in fun day programs or exploring the community together, you’ll be making every day a win.

The successful person is someone who is looking to work a minimum 15 hours a week. There is opportunity to increase hours over time.Availability to work mornings, days and afternoons is a must.

You’re a people person with a side of awesome
Ideally you’ve got experience in the disability sector - Bonus points if you’re great with challenging behaviours
No experience, no problem - we can train the right person Would be awesome if you were studying Community services
