We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for an experienced professional to join Opal Healthcare in the key role of Regional Relationship Manager. About the Role:
As the Regional Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of care communities across our New South Wales North and South regions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop regional marketing, sales, and relationship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a portfolio of care communities across NSW North and South regions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders for mutual benefit.
- Develop and execute regional marketing, sales, and relationship programs.
- Provide leadership and support to admissions officers and client service team members.
- Report to the National Relationship Manager and work closely with the Regional General Manager.

About You:

- 5+ years' experience in business development, relationship management, or sales across one or multiple regions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships that drive mutual success.
- Has inspirational leadership quality, have the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated success in leading regional marketing, sales, or relationship programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, sales, management, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the aged care sector or knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the importance of customer experiences to sales growth.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce.

The ability to travel on a regular basis and at short notice is an essential requirement of this position. A large portion of the role will be based out at our care communities.

All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal HealthCare's police check system and undergo pre-employment medical.
