The exciting opportunity

- Lead operational management of a residential aged care facility as part of the senior leadership team

- Drive quality, compliance, clinical governance, and resource management aligned with aged care legislation

- Manage and empower staff to deliver best-practice care and customer service, including managing feedback and complaints

- Hold full profit and loss responsibility, overseeing budgets, funding, rostering, and resource optimisation

- Collaborate with external stakeholders and the community to maximise occupancy and enhance reputation

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management to raise service standards

About you

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration

- Experience as a Residential Care Manager in aged care, with a passion for continuous improvement and change management

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Committed to high-quality, person-centred care and service delivery

- Meets essential requirements including flu vaccination and National Police Certificate
