Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate income tax compliance for the group
- Prepare and review tax returns, FBT, GST and related filings
- Support ATO review processes and liaise with external advisers
- Provide tax advisory across transactions, restructuring, and other ad-hoc projects
- Partner with finance and commercial teams to ensure tax compliance and risk management
About You:
- CA/CPA qualified with a background in Big 4/professional services or in-house tax within a large corporate
- Strong experience working across a diverse client base or business structure
- Proven capability in both compliance and advisory
- Available immediately or at short notice
