Speech Pathologist Flexible Mobile Role
About Us
At A–Z Speech Pathology, we’re passionate about helping children and families thrive in everyday environments (homes, schools, and early learning centres). We know speech pathology is rewarding but demanding, so we’ve built a practice that values flexibility, autonomy, and genuine support for our clinicians.
The Role
We’re looking for a speech pathologist (new graduate or experienced) to join our mobile team across Western Sydney, Inner West, and the Hills District. You’ll provide assessments and therapy in natural settings, with the freedom to choose the hours and days that work best for you.
What your week could look like:
- 4-5 clients per day, clustered to minimise travel
- Travel within your chosen areas (we plan clients to reduce drive time)
- Admin and report writing done from home (or your favourite café or park)
- Ongoing supervision and mentoring (more frequent for new grads)
What We Offer
- Flexibility: Set your own days/hours, part-time or full-time
- Competitive pay: $80–$120/hr (rate depends on session time and travel)
- Professional development: Annual allowance + regular supervision
- Support & admin: Scheduling, billing, and NDIS admin managed by us
- No KPIs: Focus on quality care, not quotas
- Support: Step-by-step guidance with ABN, insurance setup, and structured supervision
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a recognised Speech Pathology degree & SPA membership
- Have (or are willing to get) an ABN, insurance, WWCC, and police check - we’ll guide you through this
- Enjoy working independently but value team connection and support
- Want a role that grows with you, whether you’re a new grad or experienced clinician
