Overview

Play an important part autonomously running a broad mix property files. Work with an approachable Partner. CBD law firm.

The Role

- Our client, a specialist property and corporate CBD law firm, seeks the expertise of an experienced Property Paralegal.
- You will work within the Property division and have carriage of your own matters, which will consist of commercial acquisitions and sales, rural and residential conveyancing.
- Your duties will include dealing with clients, preparation of initial correspondence, searches, settlement statements, PEXA settlements, liaising with other solicitors, financiers, final letters, billing clients and general file management duties.

Your experience

- You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing or Property Paralegal experience in a law firm.

Law Firm / Salary

Long standing CBD Law firm with 50 staff. Relaxed and down to earth culture with top-tier quality work and supportive of career progression. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $110,000 package) + 1 day per week WFH.
