About the role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of monday.com implementation projects across the ANZ/APAC region. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. You will manage multiple stakeholders, oversee resources, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and experienced in managing SaaS or technology implementation projects in dynamic environments.
What you'll do
Project Planning & Delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to understand client goals, workflows, and success criteria.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage escalations promptly, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilisation to ensure profitability.
- Track scope changes and manage approvals for additional work or adjustments.
Quality Assurance
- Validate deliverables against client requirements and best practices.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Implementation Consultants, Technical Specialists, and Customer Success Managers.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team alignment and efficient execution.
Process Improvement
- Contribute to the development of scalable project delivery frameworks.
- Recommend improvements to internal processes, templates, and methodologies.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and client communications.
- Prepare detailed project reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management within SaaS or technology implementation environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with monday.com or similar work management platforms is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments.
