About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Remote Services Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, culturally appropriate primary health care services across PAMS ’ remote clinics.
This pivotal leadership role involves clinical oversight, operational management, staff development, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and accreditation requirements (including AGPAL ).

You will travel frequently to our remote clinic locations, fostering astrong on-the-ground presence and maintaining trusted relationships with the communities weserve.

To be considered for this position, you musthave:

- Registered Nurse, Midwife or Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in comprehensive primary health care with strong clinical
leadership.
- Previous management experience with demonstrated experience managing multi-
disciplinary teams across diverse geographicalareas.
- Sound understanding of Aboriginal health and culturalissues.
- Skilled in continuous quality improvement, accreditation, Medicare optimisation, and datareporting.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills with conflict managementcapability.
- Proficient in the use of health management systems (preferably Communicare) and MicrosoftOffice.
- Ability and willingness to travel to remote locations via 4 WD and lightaircraft.
- Current WA Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and avalid manual driver’slicence.
- Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres StraitIslander.
- Previous experience as aRemote Area Nurse ( RAN )
- Additional qualifications in leadership, chronic disease management, mental health, child health, or other relevantfields.
- Previous experience working in or with remote Aboriginal communities.
