- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain a persuasive and enthusiastic attitude to engage clients effectively.
- Accurately record customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to convert them to sales.
- Provide ongoing reports to management regarding call outcomes and sales activities.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to better address customer inquiries and objections.
- Proven experience in tele sales or similar sales role, preferably in cold calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
