The Role

As a Personal Care Worker you’ll provide assistance to residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

This is a night duty position. Shifts will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Flexibility to cover additional leave shifts highly desirable. Please note initial day shifts may be required for orientation; day shifts may be required for occasional training days.

Responsibilities

- Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assist with daily living according to residents’ needs.

- Support residents as they age and assist them to maintain independence and live with dignity, self‑determination and comfort.

- Assist residents with self‑care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.

- Ensure an effective and consumer‑focused care and service delivery for all residents.

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.

- Experience in an aged care role.

- Flexibility to cover additional leave shifts (highly desirable).

- Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).

- NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain).

- A caring team environment with strong clinical support.
