As a Corporate Receptionist for a multinational tech client, you will be responsible for administration and being a primary point of contact for facilities operations. The role includes managing office supplies, catering & weekly food orders, event/meeting coordination, tracking and input of invoices, and processing incoming & outgoing mail/packages.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry wanting to enter the corporate world.
A snapshot of the role:
- Perform office opening & closing procedures for the client floor
- Greet guests and maintain guest sign-in system
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that onsite client expectations are met
- Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization
- Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment, including the kitchen area and stock cupboards with snacks/beverages
- Handle shipping & receiving functions as the main contact for deliveries, tracking all incoming packages from receipt to delivery, and properly receiving items in relevant office systems
- Document and advise the manager of any equipment, furniture, or fittings that require maintenance
- Handle procurement of office supplies requisitions in the system

This position is varied and sometimes hands-on. You will need to interface with members from all levels of the organization and the public. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality, and enjoy providing excellent customer service.
