About the Role

We’re seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join CARED as independent contractors.

You’ll have clinical skills across a range of areas, including NDIS and support a diverse caseload, including:

- Assessments
- Ongoing therapeutic intervention
- Participants with progressive neurological conditions (eg: MS, Parkinson’s)
- Paediatric and adult clients across different life stages
- Neurodiverse clients (autism, ADHD)
- Participants with psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities

Choose the demographic and caseload that aligns with your expertise and passion.

About You

You have:

- Previous telehealth experience (required)
- Previous experience with NDIS participants (required)
- AHPRA registration (3+ years)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- ABN + PI/PL insurance
- Flexibility to work from any location in Australia
- Willingness to travel and provide face-to-face consults
- Strong clinical skills aligned with NDIS practice areas
- Private professional workspace, computer with camera & mic, + reliable internet
