Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer.

The Role

As the Warehouse Operative, you will be supporting daily operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This hands‑on role is split evenly between forklift operation (50%) and pick packing (50%), with occasional delivery duties.

You’ll work 38 hours per week across rotating weekday shifts, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well‑organised warehouse.

Duties Include

- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload goods safely
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Lift and handle items up to 12 kg throughout the day
- Review inventory and maintain accurate records
- Assist with deliveries as required (valid driver’s licence essential)
- Rotate through weekly shifts: 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Skills & Experience

- Valid forklift licence (LF) with recent experience
- Full driver’s licence for occasional delivery runs
- Previous experience in pick packing or warehouse operations
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 12 kg
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday
