Overview

As a Department Manager in a Kmart store, you will lead, recruit, develop and coach your team while driving store performance through clear policies and processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and be passionate about delivering results that motivate your team.

Qualifications

- Experience as a manager in a big box or high-volume retail environment

- Proven ability to deliver results and motivate teams

- Experience coaching and leading large, diverse teams

- Strong safety focus, customer mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
