**Housekeeping Supervisor Role**

We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to work with our partnership hotels in Brisbane, QLD. You will be working for a distinguished brand and have the opportunity to take your career to the next level.

About the Role

If you're passionate about cleanliness and hospitality, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team to maintain our hotel's high standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Supervise daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • E nsure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Part-time positions available, with weekend work required as needed.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software advantageous.
  • Police check.
  • Work rights within Australia required.
