About the Role:Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement in consultation with the business.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop technology-driven solutions to overcome roadblocks or operational issues.
  • Identify and engage with IT vendors and service providers to build robust relationships.
  • Develop business cases to support the implementation of new technologies, including ROI and benefit realisation to secure funding.
  • Proactively build strong internal relationships throughout the business and position the IT function as a true business partner to operations.
  • Drive best practice and continuous improvement agendas in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Analyse results and prepare reports on delivered projects or realised benefits and ROI for the executive team.
About You:
  • You are a proven Business Partner able to bring people together.
  • You excel at proactive and open communication, both written and verbal.
  • You have a genuine interest and understanding of current technologies and their applications in the business.
  • You possess financial acumen combined with knowledge to build detailed business cases to support decision-making.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills, bringing a mature and measured approach to each interaction.
