About the Role:
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you’ll take on a leadership position where your passion and expertise will make an impact. You’ll mentor and support a dedicated team of educators, ensuring outstanding care and smooth operations.

We’re looking for a motivated problem solver who embraces challenges with a flexible and adaptable mindset.

This role supports OSHC services across Brisbane’s Inner North region and includes some travel.

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- A strong understanding of Childcare legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
