The Vault Café operates as an integral extension of the Longreach Tavern, bringing additional dining options that align with the tavern’s overall guest experience. The Vault Café is your go-to spot for great coffee, fresh meals and a relaxed atmosphere. Set inside a historic bank vault, our café blends charm with modern comfort, offering the perfect place to start your day or take a break.

About the Role

As a Barista/Café team member, you’ll be serving up quality coffee and light meals as part of our daytime café service within the tavern.

Duties Include

- Making and serving espresso coffee and other beverages
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Assisting with basic food prep and serving
- Keeping the café area clean and well-presented
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting the broader tavern team when needed

What We’re Looking For

- Barista and Café experience (required)
- Friendly, positive attitude with great people skills
- Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Ability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays
