About the company The client is a high performing Engineering Consultancy with great reputation. It has 7 offices situated throughout Australia. It has a collaborative culture, sharing projects and expertise between offices. The structural design team works fluidly with the structural design teams in its other offices of which there are around 18-20 structural design engineers. Mentoring happens with everybody despite location and the design team is led by a Lead Structural Design Engineer who has worked on some of Australia's most prestigious projects. The company has a wellness and rewards program which includes, investment in external education courses, paid leave days for hitting your work anniversary, flexible working options including a 9-day working fortnight etc. About the role Due to growth we are seeking Senior Structural Design Engineers who have worked in a similar Engineering Consultancy environment. The Senior Structural Engineer will work heavily on Industrial projects. The client is designing some of the largest Industrial projects and manufacturing facilities in Australia and has a long-term relationship with a leading builder in the sector. You will work on projects in Sydney / NSW and interstate.
