The Role

As Transformation Management Office Manager you’ll play a mission-critical role in orchestrating the governance, planning, and reporting functions that keep this enterprise-wide transformation on track.

You’ll ensure that delivery is transparent, disciplined, and aligned with strategic priorities. From program-wide planning and risk management, to demand prioritisation, vendor performance, and financial governance, you’ll be the integrator that gives leadership confidence in progress and outcomes.

The salary on offer for this permanent position is $155,000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead TMO services including governance frameworks, planning tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Manage integrated planning across workstreams, aligning to the digital transformation roadmap.
- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management, surfacing insights early and driving effective mitigation.
- Partner with Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio financial tracking.
- Manage demand and resource planning, ensuring capacity aligns to priority initiatives.
- Drive vendor governance, including performance, commercials, and contract management.
- Embed agile ways of working into governance, balancing structure with adaptability.

About You

You are a seasoned transformation leader with a proven track record of enabling delivery confidence across complex, multi-year programs. You balance strategic oversight with operational discipline, and you know how to create clarity in fast-moving environments.

Essential Skills & Experience

- 5+ years in program, portfolio, or transformation delivery roles, including 3+ years leading a PMO/TMO on large-scale initiatives ($10M+).
- Skilled in governance, planning, reporting, and financial oversight across multi-stream portfolios.
- Experienced in risk, issue, dependency, and benefits management.
- Adept at engaging senior executives, board committees, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models, with experience embedding agility into traditional governance structures.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, and performance in complex delivery environments.
