The Role: Research Manager / Senior Research Manager

We're looking for a strategic Research Manager / Senior Research Manager with proven hands‑on experience managing ad-hoc Quantitative and Qualitative pharmaceutical research projects. Reporting to the founder, you'll partner with the senior leadership team, where your ideas will be welcomed and progression accelerated. In this full‑service consulting role, you'll be hands‑on with running projects from A-Z – project management, designing discussion guides and surveys, quantitative analysis (Q), charting/coding qualitative facilitation (in‑depth interviews, workshops and groups), report writing, insight generation and delivering presentations that are engaging and drive impact to clients. Everyone within this agency is a dualist, with the ability to run qualitative and quantitative projects. You'll have experience facilitating in‑depth interviews with patients and doctors, and hands‑on quantitative analysis using Q.

The Essentials:

- 2‑7+ years of market research agency experience within the pharmaceutical sector

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including hands‑on experience with Q

- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies

- A motivated, collaborative, and solutions‑focused mindset

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, commercial insights

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong storytelling capabilities.
