Marketing & Communications Executive - Brisbane

Are you a skilled communicator with a flair for crafting impactful messages and driving customer engagement? Mosaic Property Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to join our passionate team and help shape the voice of our brand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager – Brand & Stakeholder Relationships, and under the daily direction of the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer- and market-facing communications across Mosaic's diverse business groups.

Your work will span project marketing, construction, property management, customer experience, caretaking, and community engagement, ensuring all touchpoints reflect the professionalism and identity of our brand.

Beyond customer communications, you will also support broader corporate and project marketing initiatives to strengthen Mosaic's brand presence and impact. From creating promotional materials and assisting with marketing campaigns to coordinating showcase photography and videography for project completions, you will contribute to elevating Mosaic's reputation and supporting its continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customer Communications:Craft updates for Mosaic purchasers, residents, landlords, and tenants, fostering trust and transparency.
- Marketing Content:Writing blogs, newsletters, and social media posts to enhance brand presence and impact.
- Award Submissions:Assist in drafting submissions and coordinating activities to showcase Mosaic's excellence.
- Marketing Initiatives:Assist in planning and executing marketing programs, maintaining project deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Collateral Management:Maintain brand consistency across corporate and project materials, manage design needs, and coordinate with vendors.
- Social Media & Website: Create engaging content, manage platforms, and ensure up-to-date online listings.

ABOUT YOU

- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to inform, educate, and persuade.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or property development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Experience with CRM/email marketing systems and website management platforms
- Experience with using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Positive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement.
