ERP Administrator

An ERP Administrator will assist in identifying, designing, and implementing innovative business and technology solutions for the company. They will provide hands-on support, solutions, and expertise to ERP end-users.

Our client is a family-owned Australian business founded in 1954 with offices in Perth and Melbourne. They are a leading provider of Commercial Kitchen and Bar Equipment offering services such as kitchen planning, finance, project management, and installation.

Job Description
  • Epicor Support: Provide assistance to the on-prem Epicor Developer in all applications and improvements within Epicor.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain the Epicor / Kinetic ERP system, including user management, security configurations, and system backups.
  • User Support: Offer technical support and training to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze system data and generate reports to support business decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Software Upgrades: Coordinate and test software upgrades and patches to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Documentation: Document system processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Requirements
  • Epicor Experience: Minimum 2 years of Epicor/Kinetic experience as an ERP Administrator (negotiable if less experience but with relevant Epicor background).
  • SQL Skills: 2 years of experience working with SQL.
  • C# Coding: C# coding experience is desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to learn, understand, and apply new systems and software; proficiency with business software systems; ability to understand end-user needs and build relationships.
