About the Role

TRS Resourcing is seeking Experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians for field-based maintenance and repair work across Melbourne. You'll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient servicing and repairs across a fleet of material handling / heavy equipment, contributing to strong customer outcomes and high standards of quality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Deliver a professional level of customer service at all times

- Complete and maintain accurate work orders and timesheets

- Diagnose faults and complete repairs promptly

- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance

- Complete major rebuilds and repairs as required

- Work autonomously in a time-critical environment while maintaining safety standards

Skills, Tickets & Experience

- Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle / Heavy Equipment / Mechanical)

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Proven experience in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic servicing/repairs

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability

- Good time management and ability to work unsupervised

- Solid understanding of industry safety protocols

- Forklift operation experience

- Container handling equipment experience (desirable)
